Sarsanghachalak visits ‘Deekshabhumi’ of Nagpur
In his first ever public appearance after becoming Sarsanghachalak, Shri. Mohanji Bhagwat visited Deekhsabhumi of Nagpur on the morning of 26 March. He was accompanied by many important Sangh functionaries of Nagpur on this occasion.
"The rebuilding of Bharat based on the ancient and eternal moral and spiritual values of this land was the dream of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. I have come here to take inspiration from his work", he said.
Offering his Pranam to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, he said, “Sometimes the contributions of great persons are not recognized immediately. But in due course of time everybody realizes it. It is time now that we recognize Dr. Babasaheb Ambedakar as one of the great saviors of Bharat”.
The secretary of Dr. Ambedkar memorial committee Shri. Sadanand Phulzele welcomed Shri. Mohanji. Speaking on this occasion, he remembered the visit of previous Sarsanghachalak Shri. Sudarshanji and said that such visits create a healthy goodwill amongst various sections of society. Many prominent workers of the republican movement and neobuddhist movement were present at this function.
Shri. Mohanji also visited the gallery at the Deekshabhumi in his visit.
